Natalie Fay is a certified sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and a member of the International Pediatric Sleep Association. As founder of Sound Sleepers by Natalie Fay, Natalie works with a diverse array of families to cultivate healthy sleep habits for their children and households as a whole.

Natalie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees Rehabilitation Psychology and Education. Throughout her time as a student, she worked in several research labs conducting studies involving learning and wellness. Most intriguing and invigorating to her was her work in the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds in which she contributed to research involving the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practices for children. Natalie also was a member of the educational team at the Waisman Center Early Childhood Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she taught 3 and 4 year olds and supported students with disabilities in the classroom.

Additionally, Natalie is a highly sought after household manager and professional nanny, where she has enjoyed partnering with and joining parenting teams and becoming part of families in a unique way. She was eager to merge her academic interests and her skill and love for working with children and families and became a sleep consultant so she could increase her reach and continue to provide services that promote wellness.

Natalie lives in Madison, WI and loves exploring the architecture of Madison’s family neighborhoods, walks in nature, and watching sunsets melt over Lake Mendota.

Natalie is currently available for sleep consultations and offers a variety of services to fit your family’s specific needs.
